Description
The project manager has prepared the Certificate of Substantial Completion and the final punch list. The project is substantially complete with the contract documents.
Recommendation
That the work performed by McIntyre, Elwell & Strammer General Contractors, Inc. for the McIntosh Middle School Cafeteria Sound Attenuation project be accepted as substantially complete as of 8/14/2007.
